Hospitality is the deepest of the specialisms. Hotels, restaurants, bars, and the rest of it. I've spent enough time in those rooms to know the difference between a business that loves its guests and one that tolerates them, and to know which kind compounds over a cycle. I write two LinkedIn newsletters that document the thinking: Conviction (Leadership with a Backbone) and InnSight (The Business of Exceptional Hospitality).
