About

I'm a Clinical Program Manager at Neuralink. We're building brain computer interfaces for people living with paralysis, and I help run the clinical trials that get the technology to them. I didn't come up through clinical research. I started in the Navy, running intelligence and operations where the margin for error was zero. That's where I learned to manage complex programs under real pressure. Then I spent two years at Meta on the Product Data Operations team, running the data programs behind large AI/ML products: moving fast without perfect information, working across engineering, product, and research, and building processes that hold up at scale. At Neuralink, that operational background goes to work on the clinical side. Day to day, it's clinical operations for first-in-human medical device trials: standing up sites, enrolling participants, and keeping the program moving inside FDA and IRB oversight to GCP standards. Getting a first of its kind device to patients safely is careful, highly regulated work, and that's exactly the kind of problem I want to be working on. If you're in clinical operations, clinical trials, or brain computer interfaces, or you're a veteran weighing a move into tech or medtech, I'd be glad to connect.
