From food and drink to beauty, retail and travel, I’ve made a career out of strengthening and reinvigorating some of the UK’s best-known brands across social media. I’m a dab hand at producing fully integrated campaigns and leading teams that help to generate cold, hard cash – not empty likes. I’m passionate about ensuring social media is at the forefront of any comms campaign in an industry that is increasingly digital, and I work hard to ensure clients and colleagues are taken along on the journey.
Leading the agency's BAU and reactive social media and influencer output for clients including Twinings, Walkers Crisps, Dettol, Travelodge, Ginsters, Whitley Neill Gin, Big Yellow Self Storage and Get Your Guide. My role oversees all aspects of Social Media delivery, including strategy, concepting and production, social media management, reporting and analytics, paid and organic, influencer activity, reactive and BAU as well as new business and client development.
Led the redesign of the Burts Chips website, from preparing the brief, consulting on design and writing copy, through to overseeing a smooth launch. Since then, I've worked to increase visitor numbers, page views, and decrease the bounce rate across the website, whilst ensuring it is kept up to date with relevant and engaging content. I'm also responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a Social Media Marketing plan. In 9 months we gained an extra 10,000 likes on Facebook, something that took the company 3 years previously when working with outside agencies. My skills in strategising, creative, copywriting and planning have helped the company to enjoy it's most successful year in Digital so far.

Working with the Marketing Director at Burts Potato Chips I have developed, implemented and maintained a Social Media Marketing plan in accordance with the brand values and strategy. I work closely with a digital agency to make the most of my joint roles as Social Copywriter and Creative. My day to day involvement includes: Developing and producing social content to share across multiple platforms; monitoring and engaging in brand-related online conversations; being the voice of the brand online; regular tracking, analysing, and reporting of data and metrics to constantly learn and adapt our approach and improve results.
Responsible for all social media output across the agency, my role includes upskilling the agency team, leading on new business, setting strategies and consulting with clients on the best implementation of social media for their brands.
