Hi, I’m Crystal. I’m a human-centered Product Designer who loves turning complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences rooted in research, strategy, and real user needs. My background in fast-paced environments taught me how to move quickly, think holistically, and adapt across roles and disciplines. These days, I focus on end-to-end experiences which involves uncovering insights through experimentation and testing to prototyping and delivering polished, accessible solutions. I work best when I’m collaborating closely with strategists, researchers, content designers, product managers, and engineers. I’m all about building strong partnerships, aligning on goals, understanding business needs, and making sure to advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle.
