Ahmad Fuad is a Certified GEM international Corporate Training Specialist, Certified CAP (Change Acceleration Process) Facilitator and a Certified Blended Learning Course Designer. He has trained thousands of participants from different organizations. He has excellent record of managing and developing in-house trainers by training them on his signature program i.e. “Resource Development Program” and groomed them to be independent trainers. This structured program enables in-house trainers to evaluate training needs, design trainings, conducting them and making sure that the trainings meet objectives of the organization. RDP gives a hands-on experience to the trainers from TNA to Post Training Evaluation.
