Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
I am a seasoned Sustainability Strategist with two decades of experience, specializing in team development and project delivery aligned with high-performance sustainability objectives. Throughout my career, I have refined my skills in coordinating consultants and design teams to implement resilient, cost-effective strategies that meet sustainability targets. Recently, I completed a six-year tenure at ZGF Architects, where I played a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices and developing project management tools for the Vancouver office. Notable achievements include: • Developing cross-disciplinary Low Carbon Concrete Guidelines for the Lower Mainland of BC. • Serving as the Sustainability Lead for the Cowichan District Hospital Replacement Project, BC's first all-electric hospital and the first hospital targeting the CAGBC ZCB design standard. • Implementing cross-disciplinary Passive House training for clients, consultants, and ZGF team members. As I embark on a new chapter, I am eager to leverage my expertise to support organizations in sustainable change management. Let's connect and explore how I can contribute to your organization's sustainability journey.
