Management of Europe and Scandinavia operations with full ownership and responsibility of the P&L for the business line. This includes the management of offshore personnel and workshop maintenance team, ensuring all operations undertaken are in compliance with OneSubsea training, QHSE and operational standards. Other responsibilities include project management/engineering, client liaison, Sales and Marketing in relation to the business line.

Fugro TS Marine – Perth, Australia Operations Supervisor Responsible for the Supervision of offshore and onshore projects on a day to day basis. Liaising with the Offshore Manager, Drilling Supervisor, System supervisors, Deck Foreman to ensure the timely preparation and smooth running of operations. Carry out pre-shift briefings and toolbox talks to ensure all parties involved in the tasks are aware of their responsibilities and tasks of others on the vessel therefore ensuring the project is carried out safely and efficiently at all times.

Responsible for the Subsea Business covering Europe and Africa, reporting to Schlumberger Testing Headquarters in Paris. I prepared commercial proposals and tenders for the region and supported locations with project preparation. I regularly met with clients to discuss and resolve any queries regarding tenders; I also participated in Technical Days where I present technical detail regarding the Subsea services Schlumberger provide.
Schlumberger Oilfield Services – Aberdeen, UK Subsea Field Service Manager - Schlumberger Testing Services, Aberdeen Responsible for the Subsea Business in Aberdeen, I managed a team of offshore and onshore personnel; I was responsible for their annual appraisals, training and career development. I was also responsible for the Health and Safety of the team. I was responsible for all onshore maintenance and offshore operations ensuring the highest service quality is delivered to our clients. I had overall responsibility for allocation of equipment and personnel to meet operational demands for Well Intervention and Completion Installation projects. Field Operations Project Leader, Schlumberger Subsea Project Support, Aberdeen I was the Project Leader for various Subsea Well Intervention and Completion Installation projects in the UK and deep water projects in Egypt and Nigeria. I was responsible for identifying the client’s needs and sourcing the required equipment. Carrying out engineering and the manufacturing of project specific equipment to meet the project requirements. Ensuring all Project requirements were in place through to completion of SIT prior to first offshore operation.
