Based on site at Morgan Stanley in Canary Wharf providing 1st and 2nd line desktop support to IBD (Investment Banking) and GCM (Global Capital Markets) users, at all levels, including management. Covering approximately 650+ users in IBD/GCM as well as supporting users from remote regions, US, EMEA and AP when in London.
