Working for IBM/RBS to analyse current systems and where necessary change both JCL and CA7 schedule to meet the new requirements for W&G Bank. Working for Production Control/Mainframe Support Team travelling to the US and Canada to transfer accounts from IBM US and IBM Canada. Transfer of support was for scheduling ( Zeke, TWS, ControlM) and also Endevor. Provide training to local staff to then provide support to the clients. Provide daily support to overseas clients to ensure no degradation to service after the move. Provide out of hours and DR support. Environment - z/OS, Endevor, Zeke, Controlm, TWS, SDSF, ISPF.
Working for the Batch Services Team providing support to Application development areas and liaising between them and technical support areas. Ensuring SLA's are met within both Batch and online systems. Also changing existing or implementing new Batch work ensuring no degradation to current service levels. Providing on call support for scheduling problems and to aid application development areas in recovery from data or program errors.
