I’m Director of Client Solutions for the Middle East and North Africa at Blanchard, where I collaborate with organizations across sectors to build leadership capability, strengthen culture, and support sustainable growth. My work spans a range of leadership development initiatives—from executive programs and manager enablement to values-driven culture change. Since 2023, I’ve also led the design and delivery of a highly impactful Resilience Leadership Program in Saudi Arabia, combining risk management, business continuity, emergency response, and leadership development. I’m especially interested in Self Leadership, Resilience, and how leaders at all levels can respond with clarity and purpose in uncertain, fast-changing environments. Always curious to learn, exchange ideas, and explore how leadership can be a force for adaptability, connection, and lasting impact.
At Cranfield School of Management, I worked with clients in Europe, Middle East and Africa to co-create dynamic executive education programmes and consultancy solutions to improve business performance. Responsible for the end-to-end client journey from discovery and design to delivery, evaluation and beyond, I had a track record of delivering impact for clients across a range of industries.
IE Consultancy Plus is a Libya-focused consultancy developing business and projects in Libya. We built up a strong client base having worked for internatioanl businesses and organisations including UKTI, British Water, Heritage Oil, NOF Energy, Intellect, TVET UK and The Middle East Association. Through our Libyan company IE Investor Services Ltd, headquartered in Tripoli, we provided local support for clients including serviced office space, staffing solutions and project support services. With our training partner LEAD Training, a Malta-based professional training company we developed tailored courses with Arabic language training materials, which we successfully marketed and ran as public both public and in-house training courses.
