❖ Working in agile environment and having hands-on experience in Agile Framework ❖ Supporting prototype design quality assurance and tracking its issues or concerns in all the phases of mass production to achieve GPDS project milestones via effectively using engineering tools such as Teamcenter (TCe), FEDEBOM, FEDE, Illustration sketch (ILS), TC Vismockup, etc. ❖ Leading, assessing, and tracking design review with DPA (Digital Pre-Assembly) related to clearance, quality, compatibility, assurance, serviceability, assembly, and manufacturing on E2KS Platform. ❖ Design, integrate and validate manufacturing and service processes scope of production design and processes to ensure best practice for safety while maximizing yield, capacity, and capability in cost effective start-up plan and new BIW body implementation to Craiova Site. ❖ Analyze the production processes within Ford of Europe and point out structural problems and bottlenecks, work out suggestions for improvements and requirements and initiate their implementation, often in close cooperation with the surrounding departments within D&R, Supply Chain and Factory. ❖ Develop and modify line management layouts, including closure parts, tooling, and sealing material flow, waste reduction, and ergonomics, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and process’ cycle time and complexity. ❖ Knowledge of new product development projects, in order to foresee production problems in the design phase to improve the manufacturability and serviceability of the product and test design. (DCV, TT, TPV and PP Phases) ❖ Preparing Technical Specification documents to Contractor companies for initiating Ca pEx, PO and Installation and Commissioning procedures. ❖ Leading the development and identifying learning needs and translating these into learning objectives. ❖ Identify potentials for new improvements and contributing to the training development roadmap for manufacturing (Vehicle Operations Manufacturing Engineering).
❖ Responsible for investigation of SCADA – SAP related production deviations and reporting of these deviations. Finding a permanent solution for the root cause of deviation does not face the same deviation again. ❖ Directly controlling 8 filling production lines through optimizing the pigging systems using SCADA Program, SAP-PP and Output Tracking System simultaneously to reach site targets as 50 tons of 2,5L packs of total 450 tons of paint per day. ❖ Improving the filling capacity with interface adjustments of ABB-Scada updates as accelerate the pigging movements without any malfunctions on the pipeline sensors and pump/filter pressures. ❖ Ordering all critical retardant steps and issues, delegating, and reporting the stoppages and root causes to Site Head daily.
-Team Leader of Dispensing all raw materials and Tablet Optical Sorting Departments to ensure the required coordination to maintain the work flow in production. -Managing and reporting of 17 unionized operators with consideration of workload analysis, tracing their performance management evaluations, providing and improving of their collaboration of interdepartmental communications. -Realize the projects of R2R (Reinforce 2 Regeneration) to provides self-improvement of operators regarding to each cases happened in Production; Effective Punch Room Project to prevents any unexpected contamination and also increasing the life cycle of each punches up to 20% at Tablet Pressing Department. -Following dispatch date with considering production schedule and Quality operations parameters as deviations, processes’ new implementations and leading the team accurately. -Collaboratively working with QA, MS&T and Engineering Departments, providing coordination at cross- functional TIER-2 meetings with supplying interdepartmental communication and driving process improvements.
-Providing the continuity of production for all sub-departments (Dispensing, Granulation, Tablet Pressing, Tablet Coating and Bulk Packaging) in three shifts, checking the warehouse stocks (BOM) and prevents all stoppages with MBR (Master Batch Record) System, attending TIER-1 meetings to follow up updates. -Reporting the OAE results, shift performance of over 200 operators and recommendations about cases to Team Leaders. -Keeping updated the Planning Department about case details and stoppage type (as Mechanical, Electrical, and Software) for screen OEE and process to provide collaborative and effective team work. -Managing the shift with all considerations that; crisis management, making instant and quick decision, being bridge between operators and team leaders, emotion and conflict management to prevent ambiguity and unaccepted situations.
