1. achieve annual sustainability goals and follow local standards or legal requirements related with sustainability/ESG and engage key stakeholders with evolving changes. Lead green gas inventory program to receive certification of ISO 14064-1 in 2024. 2. Ideate promotion of green design characteristics of IMR film and seek for possible collaboration with material vendors or governmental platform primarily with green design driven topics to expand product visibility.
Manage product developing cycle of customized IMR film from receiving customers’ requests, feasibility check with CMF and engineering team, quotation, coordination with R&D team from NPI phase to mass production. Cooperate with internal cross function teams, major OBM/ODM customers and molding customers to fulfill OBM customer needs for laptop top case and LCD cover.
worked for Extech Electronics which belongs to Ikonix Group, USA as a project manger of new product development: 1. Managed both Safety and AC power source products including 5 new developing projects and MP product maintenance. Coordinate with internal cross function team on different projects. 2. Executed new product developing project planning in early phase including specification coordination, schedule, budget, risk accessment, cost estimation and sample delivery. 3. Performed schedule tracking, unit cost and sample status update during design phase. Lead every gate meeting during developing cycle. Prepare necessary documentation and regular status report. 4. Communication with all related parties including IKONIX USA R&D team, global product marketing team, procurement team and manufacturing for issue solution and regular product improvement. 5. Prepared annual department budget and perform actual expenses control for individual project and on departmental basis. 6. Managed JIRA issue report system with daily issue tracking and possible workflow enhancement.
