• Use engineering concepts and manufacturing line manuals to design the new production line of carbon black in Turkey • Calculate the mass balance and process flowing to finalize the process flow diagram (PFD) • Do the hydraulic calculation of pipeline /pump • Cooperate with CTCI, Taiwanese design company, Prokon, Turkish design company • Collaborate with a team of 10 other discipline engineers who are from different country in the detail engineering design period • Take a requisition for bid and evaluate the specification of equipment • Organize the HAZOP study and have a meeting with consultant company
• Managing a team of 5 engineers ensuring all quality standards were met • Responsible for certification of IATF16949 • Optimize the reaction efficiency improvements saving the company 2% feed stock budget • Generated monthly and quarterly reports on production output
• Full process training of carbon black material production • Production training of steam electricity symbiosis • Project management / proposal / implementation • Integrate resources across department • Optimization of reactor for producing carbon black
• Analyzed manufacturing processes and the resulting products to determine ways in which the systems could be made more effective; performed troubleshooting tasks and identified equipment failures • Responsible for die sorter, wafer dicing process • Collaborate with IT partner to integrate the parameter into internal system which could be trackable and control with SPC chart.
