With over 17 years of experience building culturally relevant brands, I'm a strategic marketer with a knack for turning insights into impact. I spent my early years driving lifestyle-focused campaigns for Jägermeister, Pabst Blue Ribbon and Sapporo. I then co-founded the experiential agency Leeftail Co., representing global brands like Red Bull, Campari Group and driving over $5M in revenue through branded experiences. Most recently serving as Senior Global Brand Manager at Ooni, I led the go-to-market strategy for the brand’s category expansion into home mixers, resulting in over £1M of day 1 sales and bringing the company back into growth trends. Some other career highlights include founding route/cause, a social impact initiative aimed at rethinking the relationship between brands and nonprofits, and spending time connecting brands with artists at Universal Music Canada as Director of Brand Partnerships. For almost two decades, I've built a career on aligning brand purpose with human connection. Rooted in community, I spent time as a board member at R.E.S.T. Centres, a non-profit combating youth homelessness, helping to innovate the organization's brand presence and marketing tactics. Whether it’s launching new products, reimagining brand narratives, or helping non-profits find their voice, I bring creative leadership to everything I do.
Led global brand strategy at Ooni, I oversaw the go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches. Most recently, I helped lead the brand’s expansion into home mixers, an initiative that sold out across multiple regions on launch day, generating over £1M in sales and achieving more than 110% of its year 1 target within 3 months. I collaborated cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals, while also guiding long-term brand planning and consumer insight work.
Oversaw marketing execution in the Canadian market across PR, influencer and ambassador programs, partnerships, and sales support. Played a key role in integrating Ooni’s global annual brand planning process, ensuring local alignment with international priorities. Led an in-depth Ambassador Audit Project to evaluate and optimize global influencer and ambassador activity, resulting in a more intentional, data-informed, and efficient approach to talent spend and activation.
Born from a COVID-era re-thinking of marketing’s purpose, route/cause was a passion project focused on using research and storytelling to help non-profits build more meaningful cause partnerships. We brought together strategy, data, and creativity to help non-profit organizations better understand & rethink how they could work with brand partners.
Proud to support R.E.S.T. Centres, a youth homelessness nonprofit in Peel, where I served on the Board of Directors with a focus on brand and marketing. I led a full rebrand project, including a new visual ID, communications plan, and strategic positioning under the banner of “Shelter Dignity”, helping the organization better tell its story and attract greater support.
Led over $2M in brand partnerships for both domestic and international UMG artists. Owned the full partnership lifecycle, from concept development to execution, crafting creative strategies that authentically connected major brands with our roster of musical talent. Managed a cross-functional team of creatives and account leads, and worked closely with legal and finance teams to bring complex, high-profile campaigns to life with impact and precision.
As co-founder of Leeftail Co., I helped build an experiential marketing agency from the ground up. I led client strategy, business development, and creative execution for major branded activations, content campaigns, and guerilla marketing across North America. The agency generated $5M+ in revenue and developed a reputation for connecting brands with culturally impactful moments & experiences.
