In this capacity, I plan and manage all aspects of the construction projects at multiple sites simultaneously to ensure the cost-effective and timely completion of projects. I organize labor work schedules and monitor the performance of subcontractors to meet quality standards and deadlines. While working as a Project Engineer at II IN ONE CONTRACTORS, I assumed project manager duties within the six months of appointment for the planning and management of the construction of a CTA transfer station. I successfully completed the project within time and under budget by managing a team of 5 to 20 labor crew and 4 subcontractors. I maintained and consistently updated drawings related to the project to ensure the availability of correct drawings to field staff. I tracked production rate and evaluated staff productivity for the successful implementation of the construction schedule. I prepared engineering design documents and construction procedures for the CTA transfer station. I maintained regular communication with the owner to share operational problems and provided solutions to organize construction activities. I determined quantity of the material based on the drawings and procured large quantities of materials and tools.
