Sean had more than 21 years of tax and audit experiences at Deloitte & Touche (11 years) and PNJK Partners LLL (10 years) serving domestic and foreign multinational companies. Sean had served middle-market companies as well as larger public and private enterprises, including clients with international operations. He had assisted in Sarbanes-Oxley advisory services and had substantial SEC reporting and other reporting experience. He had also provided various tax services to real estate and multi-national companies at Deloitte & Touche. Sean has been serving as a Managing Partner at PNJK Partners LLP since 2012. Sean’s primary responsibilities include coordination of the multi-location audits for multi-national companies as well as the audits for small & mid-size companies, statutory reporting, and participation in the acquisitions and mergers made by the Companies. Sean also provides various tax consulting services(including international taxes and transfer pricing) to middle-market as well as multi-national companies. Sean graduated from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, with highest honors, and received his master's degree from Indiana University (Bloomington). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
