The EPC SOW for Call-out works Gas Wells TIE-INS in ASAB is to carry out detailed engineering, procurement, installation, demolition, testing, inspection, pre-commissioning, and support with commissioning works required for piping / mechanical, pipeline, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and catholic protection My Role & Responsibilities: Manage and lead a large multi-discipline engineering team, creating timelines and cost projections, organizing collaborative meetings, and ensuring projects comply with specifications, timelines, and budgets. Engage with the discipline Engineers to verify the scope of work, review design basis, and the preparation of TDR Ensure that requirements for design verification are identified, scheduled and resourced. Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative policies, procedures, and standards. Coordinate all design and safety workshops such as design review, plot plan review, HAZID/HZOP, SIL, ...etc. with clients and third parties, and to ensure compliance with recommendations. Approval of engineering documents related to the project management. Giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation. Emphasizes the need for program specific processes, and management of multiple stakeholders and their expected benefits.
Ensuring Ram Energy has the Mechanical Engineers it needs to attain its business goals by: Identifying work- force requirements, Inventory of work – force available, Recruiting, Promotion, Appraising, Career Planning, Compensation, Training and Layoff. Set Direction to create Mechanical Work Procedures and Update it whenever needed. Participate in Tender preparation, and evaluate Vendors/Subcontractors offers feasibility to Ram Energy. Ensure adequate equipments, tools and materials sufficient for work completion. Provide technical support to other disciplines and Apply applicable code and stander (API, ASME, BS, NFPA, ... Etc.)
During this Period I have led Munga Biro-mediation Project, Field Surface Facilities Phase 5 Project. Currently I'm leading Field Surface Facilities Phase 6 Project, total value of the projects worth USD 23 Million. My responsibilities include: Organize, plan, operate and control project duties Ensuring contractual obligations with client are carried out in accordance with contract terms Review and approve all major purchase orders, change orders and contracts/sub-contracts and all project forecasts, schedules, cost estimates, financial reports, billings & claims.
