Human Resource Division Contacts clients and generates leads for the appropriate outside sales representative to meet expected levels of production Tracks dial production and expected to meet weekly/monthly performance quotas in dials, lead and revenue Achieves lead generation quotas to support revenue/sales Team based environment Prepares for and attends all team and department meetings along with training sessions
