Aligns and translates cluster SFE initiatives and KPIs to GCC area; primarily supporting adoption of initiatives into plans and actions for the countries with clarity on expected outcomes, schedules, key milestones and approaches to address the change and communication. Leads the development, monitoring and assessment of detailed analysis of key performance metrics to optimize the development of marketing and sales strategies. Develops corrective actions or continuous improvement programs with local SFEs. Provides support to local SFEs in their annual plans with respect to customer segmentation, sales force deployment, brand priority, forecasting and objective setting, and incentive plan tracking. Leads a training and development program for effective use and compliance of the CRM system and data utilization. Provides on-going coaching, support and issues-management to the local SFE team. Develops resourcing plans and projections to support service delivery and efficiency. Ensures efficient operations of CRM activities, analytical reporting, process and procedures to maintain quality control and integrity of data. Helps in setting budgets for the SFE function.
