About

I've built a strong foundation in global marketing and business strategy, with a Master's in Marketing from the University of Malaya and a Bachelor's in Business English. My internships have given me hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand management. At Joyy Group, I managed a logistics platform, handled over 100 merchant queries, and worked with engineers to improve features, helping increase user satisfaction. At Shenzhen Moon Flower, I managed product listings on Amazon, optimized ads, and tracked trends to boost sales for the "Brightown" brand. My time at Saatchi & Saatchi taught me how to create and execute branding projects for major clients like Mars and P&G, which strengthened my skills in delivering creative solutions.
