I’ve spent the last 10+ years in customer-facing and product-adjacent roles, with experience across SaaS, real estate, fintech, and wellness. From being an early sales hire to operating within more established teams, I’ve worked in environments where structure often needed to be built rather than inherited. Across customer success, account management, and acquisitions, my focus has been consistent. I help teams make sense of how things actually work and where breakdowns happen. I’ve worked across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and education to retention and expansion, partnering closely with sales, product, and operations. Much of that work sits around product adoption, feedback loops, and how customer insight translates into better decisions. Over time, I’ve found the most valuable work sits in the gaps. Where expectations don’t match reality and where processes break down. I tend to operate as a bridge between teams and customers, connecting product experience to business outcomes. More recently, I’ve been applying this perspective more intentionally through writing and ongoing projects, while continuing to deepen my work across go-to-market and customer strategy.
