      Toggle is Mediacorp’s OTT video service platform brings viewers a wide range of local and international premium entertainment, news and sports content across multiple devices - computer, laptop, tablet, mobile phone, Smart TV, Apple TV and HbbTV. Started in 2013, Toggle has evolved hugely to become an integrated service provider providing both AVOD and SVOD service with over a million user base. With Toggle set its course to a new phase of growth, Hung Sheng was moved on to join the team and is tasked to take charge in the following functions: Positions and key achievements: 1. Lead, Business Planning (Jul 2018 - Present) - Strategic planning on product, content, business model, budget, customer lifecycle and customer care - Content operations to drive engagement and consumption - Partnership to distribute Toggle’s services and to acquire new users - Subscription services to drive additional revenue on top of ad revenue - User analytics 2. Asst Lead, Business Planning (May 2017 - Jun 2018) - Led strategic planning of Toggle’s brand position, content offerings, revenue models and business operations - Led in data analysis to optimise user consumption and improve content discovery - Strengthened OTT's SVOD business, particularly in the area of pricing, content package design, subscriber management and video policy setting. - Led a cross-functional team to deliver Mediacorp's first full FIFA World Cup 2018 offering in a multi-platform manner

      With the experience in Chinese TV and social media, Hung Sheng was tasked to take charge of Channel 5 and implement strategic revamp to improve the channel's brand positioning and enhance its viewership both linearly and digitally. Through content innovation and social media integration, the channel successfully increased its annual digital views by 200% in its first year of revamp. The company's reorganisation to be consumer segment focus further strengthened Hung Sheng's knowledge of audience segmentation and other media platforms. Working closely with his counterparts from radio and magazine, Hung Sheng co-leads the Audience & Content team which focuses on product innovations and cross platform content pollinations to improve audience engagement and create new advertising solutions.
