- Provided after-sales technical support and sold genuine spare parts for JCB construction machinery including excavators, backhoe loaders, rollers, and telehandlers. - Provided accurate parts identification and recommendations based on JCB parts catalogues and service manuals. - Prepared quotations, processed sales orders, and followed up on delivery and payment to ensure customer satisfaction. - Conducted machine commissioning, inspection, and handover to customers. - Performed on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in compliance with JCB standards. - Supported warranty services and prepared technical reports in coordination with JCB guidelines. - Monitored parts demand, stock availability, and supported inventory planning to reduce machine downtime.
- Repair, maintenance electric forklift truck - brand STILL according to the periodical plan; under the repair and maintenance contract with the customer - Get survey, handle customer's broken truck - Checking, consulting and troubleshooting broken truck; - Combine with other departments to get the job done. - Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
Main responsibilities - working at the office: - Collect data from Caterpillar machines or customer fleet through connecting devices to analyze, give remote advises. - Create monthly report related to utilization and service for the fleet of main customer. - Create or translate service report to claim warranty. - Summary all the issues related to warranty (PI,PS) & make the investigation & the solution for cost down.
Main responsibilities - working at customer's site: - Assemble, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting the Caterpillar earthmoving machine (small excavator - 320,336, wheel loader - 966H, compactor - CS54B, dozer - D5K) and also other compartments – such as engine, transmission, final drive, brake, hydraulic... - Conduct PI,PS from manufacture's service letter - Giving advises and instructions to customer for the new machine. - Coordinate with other departments to achieve company targets.
Main responsibilities - working at customer's mine site: - Assemble, disassemble, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting the Caterpillar machine at mine site (large excavator - 6020, dozer - D8R, motor grader - 14M, off-highway truck - 773E,777D). And machine compartments – such as engine, transmission, final drive, braking. hydraulic... - Conduct PI,PS from manufacture's service letter. - Giving advises and instructions to customer for the new machine. - Coordinate with other departments to achieve company targets. - Other jobs assigned by the direct supervisor.
