Responsible for the Whole operation in HeYuan & Jiangxi Site. Totally have 13,000 workers working in 6 factory. Direct monitoring Production / R&D implementation / Q.A. / PMC / Supply chain / Custom operation / Engineering / IE / Working Safety. Every year need to on time delivery for up to 26,000 containers.
K-Chic Innovative, inc. is a new starting E-Commerce branding office located in Taipei. I am in-charge of Supply Chain operation, managing around 75 workers, wehave local warehouse in HK, Shenzhen, USA, Greece, Australia. Products included apparel; footwear; cosmetic; electronic products; home appliance; home DIY; car automation parts. I am directly to the Investor. Main Duties: ** Managing Supply Chain / Quality Assurance / Warehouse team daily operation. Providing guidance and direction to team members, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. ** Daily monitoring 3 rd Parties delivery team performance. ** Setting up and Negotiating contract terms with all the supply chain services. ** Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data for fully transparent full picture to Management. ** Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with working partiers. ** Risk Management to ensure the selection of transportation routes which could maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution. Achievement: ** Through the effective transportation routes and consolidation, decrease the transportation unit cost by 20%. ** Through Supplier co-operation plan decrease the inventory value by 30% on two months time.
