Works with the Director of Talent, Diversity and Inclusion and Bank managers and employees to promote & build employee diversity through building external talent partnerships, internal talent pipelines, college relations, cross-cultural competence fostering an inclusive work environment. Collaborates with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to build a pool of skilled and diverse people talent. Maintain a strong external presence and build community partners network to promote Bangor Savings Bank as a Best Place to Work. Builds strong college partnerships to identify diverse talent for internship, summer employment, CCDP and other workforce development efforts. Support in the implementation of the Bank’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy. Works with frontline managers and employees on diversity, inclusion, and engagement efforts that foster best practices.
Designed and implemented business strategies, plans and procedures for a state-of-the-art arcade, bowling alley, bar, and restaurant.
