An entrepreneur at heart, I finally pursued my long-time ambition and founded Talent Edge, a boutique talent advisory firm. This milestone came after a decade of honing my skills in the corporate and agency worlds. Previously, at Nicola Wealth, one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies with $16 billion in AUM, I played a critical role in attracting top-tier talent nationally. Prior to this, I was in executive search at Boyden, a top 10 global search firm. I am super interested in understanding and navigating the Future of Work and some of my favorite engagements are when I partner with clients to address evolving market conditions, shifting demographics, and the transformative impact of AI on talent. Outside of work, I have a keen interest in financial markets, real estate investing, and blockchain/crypto. As a sports enthusiast and a fierce competitor, I will never say no to trying my hand at various athletic pursuits (favorites being tennis, cricket, and basketball). I also love being involved in the community, having served as a Policy Advisor for the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade (CYP), as President of my university’s student society, and on the Board of West Vancouver Cricket Club.
