Set up the first ever 24 million SGD smart factory testbed in Singapore (Model Factory @ ARTC) by understanding the requirements from the Aerospace industry and ensuring that the specifications of the testbed met the requirements from business and technical perspective. Setup Industry 4.0 ready network infrastructure and developed digital platforms for McKinsey’s Digital Capability Center (DCC) in Singapore. The center offers environment to see and touch Industry 4.0 in real life and learn about the end-to-end transformation of a simulated company. Engineered the next generation supply chain traceability system (arc.net) in partnership with Arcstone Pte Ltd. Served as solution architect of arc.net. Brought digital transformation to over 80 local SMEs in Singapore in partnership with EY and McKinsey & Company under Industry 4.0 Human Capital Initiative (IHCI) program by creating digital roadmap, designing, developing, and implementing IIoT platforms. Established and co-managed an 18 million SGD Digital manufacturing lab in Singapore with focus on delivering platform enterprise solutions for precision engineering and general manufacturing. Product leader and software developer for Geotouch, a revolutionary GIS visualization tool developed using .NET(C#) and WPF. The architecture of the tool is based on MVVM pattern. The software integrates to all the major map providers like ESRI, Bing and Google to display complex geo visualizations and allows Earth Scientists to interact with the system via touch inputs. Software developer for Earth Girl – A casual strategy game designed and developed in Unity to teach children about making strategic decisions in communities exposed to volcanic and Tsunami hazards.
