-Was responsible for receiving, inspecting and signing off on new vehicle shipments from Leipzig and Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, Germany -Assisted managers and Sales team with preparation for delivery, including ordering PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), fueling and dispatching vehicles for detailing -Coordinated and performed safe transfer of new inventory vehicles to offsite storage compounds -Coordinated required maintenance and cosmetic work on pre-owned inventory with managers as well as relevant contractors to meet Porsche's global standard of Certified Pre-Owned vehicles -Assisted marketing department with logistics and vehicle preparation for commercials, films and inventory marketing, as well as assisting in film planning and design
