Led comprehensive Communication with Communities strategies, including protection needs assessments, program design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous feedback loops. Oversaw end-to-end supply chain, resource management, and partner capacity-building, strengthening operational efficiency and enhancing service delivery standards. Coordinated the region’s largest voluntary return operation, ensuring safe, dignified, and informed return processes aligned with international protection frameworks. Provided strategic leadership in field office management, fostering cross-sectoral coordination, team development, and evidence-based decision-making to improve operational impact.
