Content owner on array by delivering pre-silicon content enabling and test validation. (emulation), to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) test module development and validation on ATE tester platform. Communicate and collaborate across design, sort, quality & reliability on DFT requirement, design validation, characterization, fuse input , yield and test time target.
Position Title (Level) : Product Development Engineer Specialization : Infrastructure (tools) Work Descriptions : - Infrastructure (tools) supporting in python language and object-oriented programming (OOP). - Provide product full cycle support to customers from initial interactions and requirements through design, coding, testing, educating and implementation. - Coordinated with engineers to understand test requirement, hardware requirement and limitation to provide inputs in hardware design. - Standardization and convergence across different products to deliver a method which applicable to all products. (reusable and time saving) - Monitored software performance to ensure software executing time is in acceptable range. - Improved software performance by code refactoring. - Tested software (unit test, integration test) and performed validation procedures to evaluate software’s functionality.
