About

All about systems thinking, contracts and motivating people. With a focus on large, complex projects that need further development, structuring and scope definition. Business leader with a civil engineering background and 25+ years of professional experience, predominantly in the development and execution of international rail & metro projects. I have worked for Contractors, Owners and Engineering Consultancies and held line management (incl. P/L) and project management positions in countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. My project experience together with strong analytical skills have given me a good understanding of the critical business drivers in multidisciplinary design & build projects. My strengths are defining business- and project commercial strategies, leading engineering teams, building relationships with project stakeholders, seizing control of critical problem areas and delivering on client commitments.
