- Support investigator site activation activities, including regulatory submissions and direct communication with sites from start-up through close-out. - Assist with IRB/IEC document management & tracking, and clinical trial system account setup. - Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in clinical trial systems for tracking and compliance reporting. - Manage document archiving and maintain a complete Trial Master File to support inspection readiness.
Project: Cell viability and infectivity tests for various cell lines and drugs. - Conducted cell culture experiments, including cell culture, cell seeding, drug application, virus infection and cell harvesting. - Performed downstream analysis, such as FACS and qRT-PCR, to evaluate viral infectivity. - Analysed experimental data using software tools, such as FlowJo and PRISM. - Designed and optimised experimental protocol, increasing experiment accuracy and efficiency. - Mentored junior lab members through basic skills and techniques.
- Rotated in specimen reception, blood transfusion, haematology, fluid and excretion, chemistry and immunology, phlebotomy department. - Performed routine diagnostic tests and microscopic examination under supervision, including antibody screening and crossmatching, WBC differential counts, urine FEME and RPR test. - Processed and prepared biological samples for analysis, such as processing blood tubes, PBF preparation and staining. - Coordinated QC and QA, ensuring reliability and accuracy of test procedures and outcomes.
