I am a patient and calm person, with techincal and soft skills such as Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and Microsoft power point. Some soft skills that i have would be communication, problem solving skills and customer service skills. Some of my strengths would be teamwork as i always work closely with everyone be it my colleagues or my schoolmates and i believe that teamwork is important as it will help in the quality of the work as well as the efficiency. I communicate well with my colleagues and school mates and ask questions when in doubt, i am always eager to learn new things everyday. I have a strong passion in working in the service industry and through my past experience working in front line at Science Centre Singapore and Singapore Discovery Centre it has made me developed a stronger interest in the service industry.
