- Support third-party certification and customer audits, including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Organic, Kosher, M&S requirements and Halal audits - Conduct hazard analysis, CCP/OPRP verification, validation activities and periodic reviews to maintain the effectiveness of food safety programs - Develop, review and maintain quality documentation, including product specifications, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), quality procedures and controlled records - Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory standards - Conduct GMP inspections, pre-operational checks and packaging/code verification across manufacturing operations - Lead investigations of customer complaints, product incidents, and quality non-conformances, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) - Perform validation and verification of critical food safety controls including metal detectors, pasteurization systems, filtration systems and magnets - Manage allergen risk assessments, allergen control programs and quality trend analysis - Perform supplier and OEM audits at local and overseas manufacturing facilities, including Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines - Review supplier quality documentation, manufacturing controls, labeling compliance and corrective action implementation to ensure supplier performance and compliance - Conduct sensory evaluation of OEM-produced and finished products to verify compliance with approved quality attributes and product specifications - Manage change control activities, risk assessments and document revisions related to products, processes, packaging materials and manufacturing operations
Responsibilities • Ensure GMP (F&B and TM), HACCP, myOrganic, Halal and Kosher procedures are followed and implemented and all documents are recorded and updated • Assist QA Manager in continual improvement of quality system in accordance with GMP (F&B and TM), HACCP, myOrganic, Halal and Kosher requirements • Assist in Halal Certification (OEM, trading, food and beverage) such as documentation of CoA, SDS and product specification • Participate in third party certification audits which are GMP (F&B and TM), HACCP, myOrganic, Halal and Kosher • Act as a document controller to ensure all latest controlled and approved documents are kept in good order • Supervise and manage on-line quality control process such as leak test, pH test, Brix test, viscosity test, disintegration test and friability test • Perform trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities • Analyze and investigate product / customer complaints or reported quality issues solving and proper documentation of complaints • Ensure all inspection, measuring and testing equipment are correctly controlled, calibrated and maintained • Liaise with external service provider for maintenance, calibration, pest control monitoring program and processing plant hygiene and sanitation monitoring program • Provide information for packaging labeling and involve in checking artwork before approval • Update and request CoA and Halal certificates for incoming materials • Handle Quest3+ for product registration including new application, variation, GMP (TM) inspection and manufacturing license application
Responsibilities • Assist in Implementation and documentation of Halal Jakim Certificate Application and Food Safety System such as ISO22000: 2018, GMP and HACCP • Liaise with third party certification body for new certification such as Global Haltech and Nexus Tac Sdn Bhd • Assist in factory audit from external parties such as ISO 22000: 2018, GMP, HACCP and Halal • Ensure effective implementation and continual improvement of ISO 22000: 2018, HACCP, GMP and Halal • Apply and handle NPRA Food Classification and BKKM Food Label Screening • Conduct in-house training for ISO22000: 2018, GMP and HACCP • Assist superior in overall functions and activities of QA & QC department • Responsible for the processing plant hygiene and sanitation monitoring program, pest control monitoring and calibration program • Arrange the external parties come to repair or re-calibrate the equipment if got identify any damage or malfunction • Monitor and keep record of calibration status of measuring equipment • Assist QC personnel if they are not available • Update and request CoA and Halal certificates for new incoming of raw materials from supplier • Request documents from supplier such as MSDS, product specification and process flow chart • Prepare CoA and documents requested by customers
Responsibilities • Report inspection and test data such as moisture content, viscosity, salinity and temperature • Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications • Accept and reject finished items • Check the quality and quantity of incoming materials and finished products before delivered out • Carry out a research on effect of temperature on food products such as BBQ chicken fillings • Recommend adjustments to the cooling process of kaya • Monitor products condition and quality throughout production process such as check Brixº of coconut paste • Collect samples during production process for finished products • Assist in research and development of food products
