My four years of studying at SFU were a great experience that allowed me to explore multiple perspectives of psychology, including counselling, development, and relationships. I’ve had excellent opportunities to both study and work in special education, a field that requires intensive energy and the ability to quickly understand a student’s needs. I enjoyed making a difference by assisting special needs children in improving their cognitive, motor, and social skills, and look forward to continuing to make a difference by advising students in regards to their post-secondary applications, and studying.
