Financial Controller • Responsible for yearly financial budgeting and bi-monthly forecast, from topline to bottom-line goal setting. • Responsible to summarize and communicate financial goal to ensure they are agreed and understood by stakeholders. • Drive the follow-up process to ensure stakeholders focus on delivering the business plan. • Monitor margin and cost trends against budget and forecasts, to support sustainable business growth. • Conducts monthly actual turnover and profit analysis by providing quantitative and qualitative comments, explaining the variances between TY vs. LY or actual vs. forecast. • Partner with commercial team though both challenge and support in daily operation and commercial activity planning etc. And secure ROI thinking build up. Operations • Responsible for accurate administration in accordance with the legal framework and the IKEA financial rules. • Secure purchase and payment process are in accordance with compliance.
• Provide relevant, user-friendly and standardised business information to stakeholders throughout the organisation. • Turn data into meaningful information and provide it to relevant stakeholders at the right time, for the purpose of understanding the business in order to make decisions. • Coordinating the yearly financial budget and communicating the goals to related parties in the store and country. • Co-ordinate and communicate the bi-monthly financial forecasts throughout the year.
- Greeting & guiding new coming international students at beginning of their studies. - Organise activities and events for students, like Suomi Night, International Week, Christmas Party - Organise Trips for students, like visit national park (Repovesi), Trip to Helsinki, Lapland, Kotka
