I have over 15 years' experience in corporate immigration and currently lead Global Immigration Advisory services at Vialto Partners. Vialto's Global Immigration Advisory practice is responsible for strategic immigration advice and support to clients across the world. This includes immigration compliance and policy reviews, crisis and emergency planning and support, and assistance with M&A activity, from planning to execution. We also leverage our legal expertise, practical experience and strong government liaison capability to help clients meet compliance requirements and stay ahead of the curve in a changing environment. We also ensure clients have a seat at the table in strategic consultations on corporate immigration policy, while simultaneously sharing key insights with government stakeholders. Vialto's Global Immigration Advisory practice is supported by experienced regional leads in EMEA, APAC and the Americas, who work closely with immigration experts throughout our global network. After studying EU law and citizenship law, I started my career at a renowned law firm in Brussels, where I initially specialised in Dutch corporate immigration before working on global clients. At Vialto Partners I led the Dutch and European Advisory services before taking over leadership of the Global Advisory services for immigration at Vialto Partners. In addition to my Global Immigration Advisory lead role, I currently manage a portfolio of global and Dutch clients and am responsible for Dutch immigration advisory services. I also lead government relations for Dutch and EU immigration government stakeholders. I am a Dutch & British dual national and speak English, Dutch and French fluently.
