EMEA Procurement Manager @ lululemon | Strategic Sourcing & Indirect Category Management | $250M+ spend | Technology • Marketing • Facilities | Driving TCO, supplier value & lower risk

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

About

I lead indirect procurement and strategic sourcing across EMEA for lululemon, a $250M+ portfolio spanning Technology, Marketing, Store Development, Facilities and Packaging. My job is to turn that spend into measurable value: lower total cost of ownership, stronger commercial terms, and reduced supply and contractual risk. My foundation is Technology category management (cloud, SaaS, hardware and professional services), building category strategies from market analysis through negotiation and award. I'm a subject-matter expert in Workday Procurement and Ivalua, having led enterprise-wide S2P implementations, so I'm as comfortable on the systems and process design as on the commercials. Across nine years in France, Canada and EMEA I've delivered $3.6M in savings on a $36M IT category, consolidated a supplier base by 30%. I work with VP+ stakeholders as a trusted advisor rather than an order-taker, bringing the market intelligence and should-cost logic that helps the business make better buying decisions. What I'm known for: turning fragmented, tactical spend into governed category strategies; negotiating hard without burning supplier relationships; and making procurement a function the business actually wants in the room. I work natively in French and English with working Spanish, which matters across EMEA, and I hold a CIPS-accredited MSc in Purchasing & Innovation and a CIPS Ethical Procurement & Supply certification, so sustainable and ethical sourcing are built into how I shape strategy, not bolted on. I care about building procurement that's commercially sharp, well-governed, and genuinely trusted, and I want to do that at greater scale.
