In charge of driving the digital transformation for DHL Supply Chain Operating System (a.k.a. OMS First Choice, Operations Management System). Major relationship with regional stakeholders (COOs, CIOs, Operations Excellence Leadership), Global Centers of Excellence for Resouce Management and Information and Performance Management, and IT. +11 years in logistics and supply chain industry, of which five of them supporting the development and deployment of global programs, and other five in operational leadership, with proven knowledge and expressive results in resource planning and management, operational turnarounds, productivity increasing, inventory stabilization, year on year savings pipeline and customer relationship management. +3 years of previous experience in international trading consultancy.
Focal point for global development and sustainability of DHL Supply Chain operations management system. Joint work with Operations Excellence and Improve & Sustain regional leads (Latin America; North America; UK & Ireland; Mainland Europe, Middle East & Africa; Asia & Pacific) to ensure standardization, quality and sustainability of implementations, at the same time that the program covers more and different types of operations. In charge of definitions for traceability of tangential and direct results within these operations and a pipeline for the digitalization of routines and performance management.
Global Performance Management Manager and Advisor for DHL Supply Chain operating system. Responsible for the development of its main guidelines to support a standardized approach of its implementation across different regions. Remote and local coaching to regional Operations Excellence / Improve & Sustain Leadership in Latin & North America, Europe, Asia and Pacific. One year assignment in the United Kingdom (April 2018 – April 2019), leading the integration of central technical and coaching teams, in charge of supporting the deployment of the program across +50 sites, while keeping the support to other regions (part-time).
