Met mijn ruim 15 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement kijk ik, na mijn sabbatical en verbouwing van ons huis, met veel energie uit naar een nieuwe uitdaging als projectleider, bij voorkeur binnen een organisatie waar maatschappelijke impact en mensgericht werken centraal staan. In de afgelopen jaren heb ik honderden projecten begeleid — van internationale trainingsprogramma’s tot agile onderzoeks- en innovatieprojecten in uiteenlopende sectoren. Wat voor mij altijd de basis vormt? Structuur, heldere communicatie en wendbaarheid. Daarbij werk ik vanuit de principes van design thinking, lean en agile, om oplossingen te realiseren die niet alleen effectief zijn, maar ook écht gedragen worden. Ik geloof in de kracht van verbinding: mensen samenbrengen, beweging creëren en bouwen aan oplossingen die de leefwereld menselijker, eerlijker en duurzamer maken. Ik werk graag als verbindende schakel tussen verschillende disciplines, stakeholders en doelgroepen — altijd met oog voor de mens achter de vraag, zonder het doel en resultaat uit het oog te verliezen. Na jaren in het buitenland te hebben gewoond hebben we ons woongeluk in Utrecht, gevonden waar ik geniet van mijn gezin, vrienden en de natuur. Ik kom graag in contact met organisaties of mensen die werken aan betekenisvolle verandering of een ervaren projectleider zoeken op het snijvlak van innovatie, stakeholdermanagement en maatschappelijke impact.

- Coordination of a large portfolio of agile projects at corporate and public clients. - Maintaining stakeholder relations with senior management & involved project teams. - Delivery of design thinking methodology, experience and insights to enable clients in the development of products & services.

- Designing and managing market exploration and validation projects for SME, corporate and public clients (Telenet, ENGIE, BNP Paribas, Touring, Flemish government, ...). - Co-creation of project approach with clients following design thinking principles. - Execution and analysis of quantitative and qualitative research and formulation of insights & advice.
- Identifying opportunities (Product Discovery) to develop new services in the B2C energy domain. - Development of projects (Product Delivery) to build service and business models around these opportunities. - End-to-end responsible for planning, research, business modeling and stage gate presentations to management.
- Organisation of two 10-week training programs for Philips Research in Eindhoven and Shanghai (on site) aimed at fast-tracking innovation. - Training teams to adopt a customer-centric approach in the development of service propositions. - Daily coaching of multiple teams to put design thinking and business modelling principles into practice. - Two teams I coached won the Philips Breakthrough Innovation Award from the Philips Research CTO; their projects are currently on the market.
