𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 | 𝗟𝗠𝗙𝗔 - 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝘆𝗼𝗻 I am a postdoctoral researcher at the 𝘓𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘦 𝘔é𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘴 𝘍𝘭𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘵 𝘥’𝘈𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘦 (LMFA), Centrale Lyon, specializing in 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, with a focus on acoustic propagation, sensitivity analysis, modal decomposition, and large-eddy simulation of turbulent flows such as mixing layers and impinging jets. Within the European COMPANION Clean Aviation project, I am currently investigating 𝗮𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in next-generation aircraft engines to contribute to quieter and more efficient propulsion systems, under the supervision of Marc Jacob and Antonio Pereira (Centrale Lyon, LMFA), in close collaboration with Airbus. I have recently started a new postdoctoral position, within the framework of the European PANDORA project, to carry out 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝗲𝗱𝗱𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻-𝗳𝗮𝗻 configuration, with a particular focus on the effects of stator radial clipping on aerodynamic performance and acoustic radiation. The LES will be carried out using the solver AVBP developed by the CERFACS. This work will be supervised by Alexis Giauque and Jérôme Boudet at Centrale Lyon. I hold a PhD from LMFA, completed under the supervision of Christophe Bogey, where I conducted direct 𝗮𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 of mixing layers and impinging jets to better understand noise generation mechanisms. I also applied direct 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 via the complex differentiation method to turbulent flow simulations.
