I’ve spent nearly a decade designing and implementing systems and processes to turn chaos into order. In the last 4 years this has been concentrated, specialising in distributed energy project management as Head of Client Delivery for Evergen, to deliver clean energy solutions in Australia, Ireland, Belgium and Mexico. • Working hand-in-hand with founders – I've always worked closely with visionary founders to launch and scale high-impact projects. This includes wearing multiple hats (DD across multiple funding rounds, finance, sales, marketing +) to take an idea from scratch to delivering operational excellence for strategic solutions. • End-to-End Project Management – I specialise in guiding projects through the full lifecycle, from initial ideation and strategy development to project finance and standing up operations, particularly in renewable energy and distributed energy systems. • Operational Excellence - I thrive on leveraging low-code platforms to streamline processes across diverse tech stacks, including CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), back-end architecture (MongoDB, Azure, AWS), and inventory management systems (DEAR, Cin7, Oracle). • Energy Resource Management Software – Extensive experience in commercial product management and implementation of battery portfolio management software, • DER Solutions: I’ve implemented battery storage, embedded networks, and DER programs on four continents. (No, I didn’t personally install the solar panels - but I can tell you when they're not working !)
