As a business analyst and market leader at Bouygues Telecoms Entreprises I shall have a global view of our business model to propose new B2B actions creating value: Business Analyst in charge of strategy and marketing in the sales and strategy business unit. Producing analysis to create value for the key accounts, developing new methods and technology to enforce our business model. Supporting the sales business unit to reach the business objectives thanks to KPIs Business analysis. Analyzing trends and developing new products to up-sell and cross-sell our business (DaaS and SaaS products for instance) Defining the marketing strategy on the Key Accounts segment: Sustaining the mobile revenue while we create value and market shares on the land-line projects (Fiber and Cyber Security projects for instance) Analyzing the sales specificities on each segment of activity to optimize the go-to-market strategy for our clients Sales campaigns: Creating and following marketing campaigns, from the insight to the development. As a business analyst and marketing development intern, I have had the opportunity to work on several projects linked to the business strategy, with a macro and micro view. I have also participated to develop partnerships with our B2B clients Macro analysis: Creating reporting to follow the performance on the French market, analyzing the specificity per segment (Hyper/Super/Proxi). Highlighting trends to propose new products. Challenging our business and proposing new eco-friendly products (zero-carbon and plastic-free products) Microanalysis: Developing a new range of products (plastic-free and organic products) to reach new customer’s trends – Following the performance of our campaigns (impact on the turnover, stocks in the stores for instance) Development: Participating in the negotiation process and partnership with new B2B clients (Little Extra products) in the Casino Group stores. As a member of the Paris Dauphine Luxe Club, I participated to organize high-ended and luxury-oriented events at the University. This challenging experience was an opportunity to meet professionals, and going further with them about strategic issues related to this market (influence strategy, go-to-market, digital strategy, new trends for instance)
