- Manage a team of 15-20 people across formulation and fill-&-Pack lines, delivering volume targets while ensuring HSEQ standards and operational procedures. -Coordinate production with Planning, Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and HSE. -Drive development of team competencies, responsible for individual objectives, performance and compensation review. -Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and HSE.
- Implementation of Syngenta Production System (SPS): TIER meeting structure (End of Shift, TIER 1, TIER 2 and TIER 3), Blocker management system, Weekly Production review (OEE, Quality, HSE). - Improvement of a Fill & Pack line and formulation and OEE analysis. - Project: solution design, UAT and implementing SAP EWM module combined with scanning solutions. Warwick University: Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management course.
- Manage a Formulation and Fill&Pack toller including planning, troubleshooting, HSE Quality audits and follow up, technical documentation, stock management. - Project for establishing processes for managing and supporting EAME local tollers regarding Quality, HSE, Packaging spec, Regulation. Change management. Planning Excellence Academy training.
Engineer in the design department: - Designing and ensuring technical drawings of ground support equipment (GSE) according to Airbus requirements - Managing and following the projects through the different departments: methods and industrialization department, purchasing department, production, supply chain department, quality control and testing department.
Master thesis in the Flight-testing Directorate. Carrying out and analysing Ground Vibration Tests (GVT). Investigation of new measurement methods to complement accelerometers. Two methods have been fully experimented : High-speed cameras and 3D Scanner laser Several tests have been performed and analyzed: elementary tests and final tests on a fighter aircraft and a civil aircraft
Internship in the Energy Department. - Monitoring and analyzing electricity production of plants. - Designing photovoltaic installations.
