Crolles 300 WaferFab : Reporting, follow up, analysis, forecast, budget & multi years plan on indirect materials, process equipments maintenance and facilities perimeters.
Crolles200 WaferFab: In charge of a weekend night shifted team including 5 production supervisors and more than 90 collaborators. In parallel of production, I had in charge maintenance & process operations management, with 9 maintenance supervisors and 80 technicians. Shift safety manager on Seveso upper-tier factory.
