While working for the BMSE lab as a part of my student honours project I researched, designed, and fabricated an ex-vivo system which was capable of improving the differentiation and expansion of HSPCs into RBCs. I was able to successfully produce an innovative bioreactor which achieved continuous nutrient delivery, and waste removal.
