In the last couple of years, I've been leading in the Checkout & Payment Marketplace context. Recently, I had the opportunity to take on a leadership role within the Promotions domain, and I am currently leading the Payments, Fraud, and Refunds areas. I strongly believe in leveraging each individual to a state where they can plan and execute in a "free to act -> report later" methodology. All the project planning and execution status should always be updated and visible to my team and also to my managers with minor effort. Highlights: Psychological safety, 1:1, Team building, Personal development, LPM, Agile, Management 3.0, Estimation, Execution plan.
Taking part in the Payment Cluster as a Senior engineer I was able to focus on the implementation of best practices and coding standards. As a critical area in the ecommerce purchase flow, it was mandatory to have a high level of quality process and be compliant with the latest regulations to achieve PCI compliance approval. Mentoring was for sure something I enjoyed doing, and fortunately, I had great opportunities. Highlights: Microservices, PSD2, 3DS 2.0, Mentoring, WeChat, Credit Card, Tokenization, GDPR, CI/CD, Resilience, Zero Downtime
Focus on payment context: integration with new payment system providers from multiple countries. First contact with pipelines and CI/CD approach.
