- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments. - Maintain employee records and handle benefits administration. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. - Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. - Manage time and attendance, generate HR reports, and analyze data. - Handle employee relations matters and maintain HR documentation. - Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
