Successful track record in the execution of projects ranging between 200KEur and 35MEur, including commercial and contractual relationship with international customers, sub-suppliers and subcontractors. Key responsibilities: • Oversee commercial, contractual, legal, and technical aspects of multiple customer projects, ensuring that the following key requirements are met: On-time delivery, customer satisfaction and profitability • Act as the key point of contact for customer and stakeholders, and be an escalation point from order intake until end of warranty • Lead project teams with clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedbacks • Prepare monthly and quarterly project reviews, including the follow-up of progress, technical qualification, financial performances. • Identify Risk and Opportunities from Handover stage until project completion, propose and develop actions to reap benefits and reduce/transfer risk when possible

Manage the execution of projects and preparation of commercial offers for land high voltage cable supply, semi-turnkey and turnkey contracts to the Utilities and Contractors in line with Nexans Group procedures and guidelines. Key responsibilities: •Ensure efficient Project Management for the delivery of semi-turnkey projects for Scottish Power, supply and install projects for National Grid, SSE, and Hinkley Point C. •Develop and manage relationships within the project team, subcontractor’s team, manufacturing team and other project stakeholders to adequately support the project development and delivery • Prepare monthly and quarterly project reviews, including the follow up of progress, technical qualification, financial performances (budget, turnover and invoicing) •Identify Risks and Opportunities from project handover stage until final delivery, propose and develop actions to reap potential benefits and reduce/transfer risks when possible •Ensure adherence and compliance of the project teams with the Group Code of Ethics and particularly implementation of the Group rules and policies related to the supplier engagement, competition law, non-disclosure agreement, the annual actions of the Ethics Compliance Program and Opportunities and other. •Preparation, submission and follow-up of commercial offers for the UK market, assisting to generate orders between GBP 500k - 6 million •Develop budgets (overall P&L for the Group), tender risk assessment, develop supporting documentation, ensure technical qualification by customer •Responsible for the Internal Risk & Contractual Review to ensure validation by Management of any binding offers
Assisted in the successful Delivery of Semi-Turnkey Projects for SP Eneger Networks - Kilgallioch 275kV Windfarm Connection to the Grid) / Wyndihil 132kV (Substation Modernisation) - Supply and Installation project -Lynemouth 275kV (replacement of oil-filled cables) / Rampion 400kV (windfarm connection to the Grid) - and FEED study - BOWL (offshore windfar connection) - Responsibilities: •Manage design and strategic procurement in compliance with Company and Customer Standards/Specifications •Negotiation of prices and terms for subcontracting agreements •Planning and scheduling of projects, including progress follow-up and reporting to Project Managers •Coordinate subcontractors and contractors activities on site in order to lessen operational risks •Attend client and subcontractor progress meetings along with the Project Manager •Contribution to risk mitigating actions, through anticipation of potential issues and proposing appropriate solutions
