I started my career in clinical and lab research, where I learned that solving complex problems starts with listening closely and asking the right questions. That mindset still shapes how I work with customers today. At Snowflake, I primarily work with healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing organizations to understand what’s getting in the way of progress. Whether that’s slow reporting, siloed systems, or pressure to scale new AI efforts, my role is to simplify complexity, connect the right teams, and make sure our platform supports their biggest goals.
